in Water bills
Had a letter from my water company this morning quoting a statement from the CEO of Severn Trent Water who supply our water stating that customers had been overpaid, something about sewage charges and that our water bill will be going down by £2 a month from jan 07 for the forseeable future to cover our refund?
Not that I'm complaining but this is the first I've heard about it!

Hi Angel.....it's in Google under OFWAT SEVERN TRENT WATER, I can't seem to provide a clean link.
£7 million is being returned to customers after an investigation by OFWAT. It reads like you should have received a one off refund plus a reduction in payments.0 -
Hi Angel
I found a BBC article about this refund. It should explain a bit more about the situation.
