I have one order showing from the 15th that says Being prepared
and one showing as the 16th that says Pending.
I did the orders at around midnight, which is why the dates are different but i'm really confused by the status of them, what do they mean and which would be further along.
Its the one which is Pending that i really wanted to receive, i'm not too bothered about the other one.

I think from what i've read pending means its not in stock atm?

How long do they usually take to get the orders out? Some people here seem to have received theirs, but I just got an email yesterday saying they were confirming my payment and it would take 5 days to process the payment through the bank???
It's a Visa card that I've had for years and I bought other things on the same day which have come, so do they have some kind of problem with visa does anyone know??

Ps ordered on 15th.
