Has anybody managed to make any orders this afternoon? The company seems to have gotten onto this as they have this message on the website

So I wonder if we will get our orders now then?!?!?!

I used the code at the end of last week and received the items yesterday. Card debited 20p :-)

So I reckon they will fulfil ... the code has been live for months and many have received goods. Shame its done now though, was just about to order something else :-(

Thanks TUS, I hope to recieve mine then ;-) The code still works if you phone them, my friend ordered her daughter a coat last night. I mite make another order in a couple of days

Hi - don't get me started on redoute...lol!!! I tried to use the code yesterday on a pair of girls sequin ballet pumps - £14 non-sale and there weren't a green item, low price item, or any other item that is usually not included in any of their offers. I also added a pair of sale boots into my basket. I kept getting the sign-in message when entering the code even though i was signed in. So i decided to phone and place my order that way. I get a customer service person with such a strong foreign accent, that I could barely understand her. I give her the code, the two items and then she says that the code isn't good with the girls shoes and starts asking several questions so quickly I couldn't understand a word - in the end I just told her to forget it, cancelled the order and hung up. I ended up ordering the sale boots online without any vouchers - didn't matter as I didn't expect this code to work them anyhow, before the phone fiasco - but I'm still annoyed about not getting the girls shoes....grumble...grumble....grumble...

I still havnt had an order dispatched email but it no longer says on my orders on the website "items being prepared". Could this mean they have been dispatched? Hmm.

That normally means they are being dispatched. The sequence for me was for my card to get charged and receive a dispatch email next. Delivery was then the day after that.

Edit - interesting that the code works via Phone but not Web. I suspect they are trying to get around the fact that people can create multiple accounts on the Web and use the code multiple times. Whereas on the phone they can perform more validation to ensure it is a first time order.
