I think if it happens again I would put in fridge and cook up for meal in evening...sorry dog!
I do put frozen chops in the microwave (not on) overnight to defrost.
As for the poor dogs stomach
I think it's cast iron! Like someone else said they pick up god knows what in fields out walking and generally if it smells horrid he rolls in it too :eek: He's still alive and kicking this morning and no messy kitchen floor!
There is no issue so small that it can't be blown out of proportion0
