I'm a dope. Missed completely your 2nd page on the diary. Kept looking at the first one and seeing no new posts.
Hope you had a lovely christmas and new year. It is lovely to be this side of it isn't it. You are going to have lots of fun this year no doubt. Can't believe how many weeks on you are already.
Financial stuff is driving me mad. We have some savings mentally earmarked for emergencies and buying DH a new car when need be, but the reality is the day to day stuff keeps taking over even though i feel like i am constantly trying to stop it. DH also still hasn't sorted out his pay rise, and we now have a huge unknown amount yet bill for the cat being so ill over christmas and then being put down.
2011 needs to be so focused. Sounds like if you can keep on top of it, then you are going to be ok. I would hold off on selling as it would be so hard to get back on the property ladder once you step off.0 -
