When to send out wedding invites?

I hadn't thought of that! :eek:I'm with your wife2be on this one. We are getting married 29/5/11, we have sent save the dates (as it is bank hol weekend) but OH still wanted to send invites as soon as .. i talked him down to sending them around christmas time, but what he doesn't know it I haven't put them together yet so it will have to wait until after xmas :rotfl: I don't want them to get lost with xmas cards etc!
our invites will definately be sent out in January then, not with the Christmas cards! I knew there was a reason I was disorganised

Definitely think the beginning of Jan, get xmas out of the way first. As said before, the important people to us have had their save the dates so hopefully haven't gone booking any holidays...they all know wifey to be is manager of a travel agent & go to her first anyway so they'd look pretty red faced if they went in to book for then!
Would it be fair to say that i'm one of the very few men on this part of the forum??0
