paypal refunded me twice, please help

Options
Hi all, first of all sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section and hello to all as this is my first post. (have been receiving money saving emails for a while and got my council tax rebanded:))

My question is how long do I wait before I can spend the cash? paypal have refunded me £385 twice. I have transfered the cash into my bank account (savings) and dont want to spend it for paypal to ask for it back!! How long before I can spend it? is there a law giving paypal a time frame? its been two weeks now.

I know people are going to say give it back but paypal have robbed me through ebay sales for long enough:)

Thanks for any help and advice. Ian.

Did you mean "how long do I have to wait until they cannot ask for it back?"

If so the answer is six years without any contact.

Phone up paypal to say they refunded you twice, you never know they might give you something back in return for being honest.

    No No And No.....

Paypal give their customers nothing but grief and thats a fact just look at http://www.paypalsucks.com/.

Worst that can happen is you get a debt collectors letter bin it, Paypal cant put any details on your credit file. With closed accounts nothing can happen anyway.

Firstly, Paypal haven't robbed you. Any fees that they charge are clearly laid out for you. It's your choice whether you want to trade on Ebay. If you do, you have to accept their Terms and Conditions.

Secondly, your post's heading was - paypal refunded me twice, please help. It should have read

paypal refunded me twice, please help me to steal this money.

have you ever tried to ring paypal, its a total waste of time.

I used to use them for a couple of online businesses we had. Every week we would get 6 or 7 fraudulent orders & they didnt want to know.

We would call, email, write etc but most of the time they didn't reply at all.

We had to stop using them as customer just didnt want to pay through them.
