    Not sure if they do have phones over there as yet,i know they have financial problems but a simple letter would be nice,unless they have a paper shortage

    also when i checked my two credit reports more information was on equifax,so was thinking of a card which checks just equifax and one of the cards was the john lewis(waitrose) mastercard as we shop in their on a regular basis,can anyone please confirm that this card just checks equifax

    I remember the bank declining me a Credit Card, so I went online instead and was surprised at how easy it was to apply for one, of which I got accepted on the first hit with no quibbles whatsoever. ;)

    Its worth a try.
