Newbie here just a quick question, might be a silly question but hey.

Depends on the company - I think most quote 10 to 14 days for a response...

You best bet is to ask the company in question
My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.

  • I have not actually been turned down,i applied online but it was not an instant decision card.

I have good credit, as debt to income is around 20% no missed or late payments no defaults or anything like this.

About 4 years ago i was turned down by barclaycard and there decline letter reached me within 3days,so was just thinking is this a good sign that the decline letter has still not arrived, and maybe i have been approved?
  • I'd just call them up to be honest, they'll prob make the comment oh it is early and we will review but they will also update you with decision.

I would imagine that you would've heard by now, why not give them a bell?

Do they have telephones over there yet? :rotfl:
