No cashback showing as pending for me either. I contacted Simplycashback on the 9th December. This is their reply:
" Thank you for contacting us. As long as you are logged in to your account at www.simplycashback.co.uk and used our link to visit Sainsbury before you made the online purchase, your transaction should show within 7 days in your account (usually about a day or two). This delay is due to the fact that we have to wait for the merchants to report the purchase back to us.
If your purchase is not showing in your account after 7 days, then the transaction will be deemed to be a 'Missing Transaction.' Our next course of action will be forwarding the details of the transaction to the merchant concerned for investigation.
Sainsbury validate transactions only after a 90 day validation period. So, I will check for the status of your transaction at the end of this 90 day period and if it is still missing, we will then forward the details to the merchant for investigation and keep you informed.
In the meantime, can you please provide the following details of your transaction.
Policy Number :
Customer Name
DOB
Address
Post Code
Transaction date
Transaction Value
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks and regards
Ranjini
SimplyCashback Support Team"
Note - their website says you should contact them within a month if transactions aren't showing.0 -
I applied and was accepted for this on 16 nOVEMBER AND i Have just checked simplycashback and there is nothing there0
-
If you have nothing tracked and have not reported it within a month then you will be told as I was that you haven't followed the reporting rules and "there is nothing else we can do to help you"
I'm glad I used this as a test of the site and didn't transfer to it when cashbackkings went down. I'm finding top cashback great.0 -
I did write to simplycashback before xmas re this offer not tracking and got this responce.
> Thank you for getting back to us. Now that you have provided all the details of your transaction. As we stated earlier, Sainsbury validate transactions only after a 90 day validation period. Looks like we will have to wait for the full 3 months and see what happens0 -
I waited 2 months to contact simply cashback only to be told that there's nothing they can do about missing transactions after 1 month, so I emailed sainsburys only to be told they have no record of such an incentive, however I will recieve my vouchers 30 days after my third payment (apparently they have no record of oweing me nectar points either.) So still getting £50 of vouchers for a £20 spend but there's no way anyone is going to pay me cashback or give me my nectar points.October: Ipad 2, Tshirt, Ultimate indulgence Hamper, Phone, skittles, Darren Hayes tickets, Fitness DVD, Family Pass to Himley,Mini Whiskey
November:Born to Fight Blu Ray,£500 Next Gift Card, Lego figure, Bodyshop treat, memerobilia tickets, £4 Zavvi Vouchers, Anchor CakeTin, Lip Balm0 -
Has anybody got a copy they can post here showing the 1000 points,as I remember seeing it on the sains ,site0
-
The £50 voucher + 1000 nectar points was on the Sainsbury's site and as such was an incentive, ie they are bound to give you both if you complied with their terms at the point of contract. I should pursue this with Sainsbury's, for sure.
Cashback cannot be enforced but just avoid Simplycashback in future.0 -
I would go further and say avoid any cash back offer that is only showing on one cash back site, unless it is made clear it is exclusive to them. The thinking that a site like simplycashback would have a deal that both Quidco and TCB couldn't offer is crackers....0
