    Hi, My gift vouchers arrived today through recorded delivery. points not allocated as yet. How long it takes for points to appeal?

    Should i just cancel the DD or will I need to phone them up to cancel the policy?

    I was told it's 28 days from 3rd D/D - got mine on day 25.

    So did anybody see any money from simply cashback in the end? They just ignore my emails now, incredibly unprofessional company.

    Those of you still waiting for the £35 cashback, I received this email from them on 30 April. I've stuck with the policy as it's good value and any cashback is a bonus.

    "Hi

    This is regarding your missing "Sainsburys" insurance cashback. As required by the merchant we have resent the missing transactions today. They require some time to validate these transactions and report them back to us. Kindly allow this time for the merchant to get back. Your patience and co-operation in the meantime is highly appreciated.

    We will keep you updated the latest status of your missing transaction. We are only waiting for the merchant to report the missing transactions. As soon as they do, without any delay at our end, we will update your account.

    I once again thank you for your continued patience in this.

    i had the same email, then about a week later I got another saying "sorry, we couldn't find it. As Sainsburys wont pay us we wont pay you" and there was nothing I could do about it, as in their terms and conditions, it does say the people have to pay them. RIDICULOUS. I now use topcashback.

    FGS I still haven't got my vouchers but I have got my nectar points. Have rung several times and they never get back to me. For anyone else having problems the number is 0800 0137137 option 2.

    Good to see that they are finally getting their act together on this! You got the actual cash, or it is now pending (as in, it is now appearing in your account as Pending but cannot be withdrawn). I believe that they have now been approved but payments will be made next month when the cash is received from the affiliate network. Has everyone kept the insurance and received the vouchers and cashback, or cancelled and just got the vouchers (or cancelled and got both)?

    I am very pleased to report that I received this email today
    Hi

    Further to our previous communications, regarding your Sainsburys life insurance transaction, we have been liasing with the affiliate network concerned. I am pleased to say that they have agreed to evaluate your transaction and pay the commission.

    The cashback amount of ?35 will be added to your simplycashback account in the next few days. We will need to wait for a few days for the money to be received. This means that you are likely to be paid in our July payment run on or before the 7th of July. This will be approved sometime in June.

    Had given up on this one and cancelled the policy months ago but am very pleased that it seems to have been resolved. I hope other MSErs start to get this email too.
