Any Decent Pay as You Drive Insurers?

I thought Pay as you Drive insurance was done and dusted, but then I saw this website mentioned in the Times today:

The quote they gave me beat all the others, but it was for a min of 6000 miles and I probably do 1000 in a year. I did a google search for pay as you drive and all the ones it came up with looked a bit dodgy or out of date.
Having never heard of insurethebox I am a bit sceptical about it, should I be? Also does anyone know of any other, reputable, pay as you drive insurers?
