removing ink from phone

sorry to hear that.
the trouble with ink, is it's sticky. If you use a soft cleaning agent to clean it up, it will probably break down easily. I'm lookign to get a phone like this - off hand I can't remember if they are close to a totaly sealed unit?
one thing you could try is something like alcohol based screen wipes. they will leave less chance of soaking anything more, and the alcohol should break down the excess ink. I use them to clean my monitor at work, and it brings it up nice and clean.
something similar to this
they look pretty cheap there too. I imagine you want them now though? try a PC shop tomorrow. You may need a few mind. Or a spray - but spray it onto a cloth first!! less chance of the liquid leaking into the internals.
Does it still function?
Good luck!!
Failing all that - ya could look at claiming it on ya insurance (if it doesn't work etc)0 -
just to say in the end she used make-up removal wipes.. worked a treat..0
