I very honestly applied for and got a voucher for my Ma-in-law but my husband sent for 1 for us weeks ago with no reply. keep clicking the 'retieve' button on their site but no replyAny advice/ideas please???

Just to report that today I went to PCW/Currys Southampton. Not only was the SA cheery and chatty whilst processing my £4.99 sale with a voucher but also had a tin of celebrations which I was offered to select one. I noticed that the other counters also had tins of goodies. Do you think the penny has finally dropped or is this an isolated case?

I was disgusted by the attitudes from currys staff when you mention you have a voucher to use, I was looked down upon and the mood quickly changed.

If currys didnt want people to use vouchers then why offer them in the first place?. I was also disgusted the way price went up as the offer progressed.

I still paid money towards the voucher but this is my last time I ever use currys/pc world, they have the worst staff i've ever encountered.

That's why I'm hoping as many people as possible are taking them for all they can get!

I got a free hand blender from Currys Bromley today. The staff were fine and I had no probs in getting the item...

I just had my email arrive, so off to currys tomorrow
