Depends. Sometimes less than 24hrs, sometimes 72hrs.

One email addy hasn't received a voucher at all though. Oh well.

My voucher wasn't emailed so I emailed the address given in the help section, and within a few days I had an email giving me a link and password.
I remember reading way back in this thread that at least one person had no joy by doing this, but I did it last week so people who haven't received their emails should definitely give it a go!

One per address (that includes postal and email).

How do I check that ?
I often see where they tell you to add the details to your contacts to stop it happening but if you don't have their email ?
Am I being thick ?(I like to say snow brain but sadly I'm just as bad in sunshine )
