The words 'the pot calling the kettle black' spring to mind. As an example, read your posts on this thread to see what I mean and the offensive nature of your responses to a number of people.

Not bothered with you putting me in your ignore list as I tend to ignore your postings anyway.

It's more than 2 weeks now and still haven't received the elusive email. If the code has been processed and for some reason the email got lost, will I be able to print the voucher directly from the website (retrieve option) or the retrieve request sends an email within the next 4 days?

I have done the steps you mentioned at least 4 times already. Last time I did this was last thursday.

Same here.. Did this twice already, but didnt get a mail yet!!

Well, I don't know then, guys. No emails for me yet either. If anyone has any luck, post here! I guess I'll wait a few more days and then try to contact DSG.
