    Just a quick update, the buyer has emailed me TODAY to say, did I not receive the cheque? Shall they send another one!!!

    I think a lot of buyers don't realise that we sellers will go through the NPB process, even for small amounts.

    I've had several NPBs contact me after dispute has closed whinging that they don't want the strike, or moaning that they really did want to pay but the cat ate their PC or whatever and they couldn't get online for the full 4 weeks since buying the item and me closing the dispute. I've even had them contact me months after the dispute has been closed, all apologetic saying how they forgot me and seem to have got themselves suspended so could I please sort it all out with ebay for them and get their account back.

    Yeah, they have two hopes!
