I have just started an account with quidco but failed to read the help pages! i have bought 2 items and neither have tracked. probably due to all the virus software and things i have. according to the site you have to disable practically everything which i am a bit wary of doing. Is there any way i can use another browser…

there are other tools you can download to delete all cookies from IE too. I use a system management tool called advanced uninstaller pro 2005, but there are probably hundreds of apps like this out there. Just google for something like "free cookie clean" and something will appear, i betcha.
In firefox you can do it via the tools bit.
