So is avast, malwarebytes detected the FP.

A false positive is a virus scanner detecting a clean file as a virus, incorrectly, whilst that can sometimes be a pain, overall detection rate is far more important

Hi Fiddiweb, I just downloaded and installed Firefox 3.6, nothing else. I looked at add ons at tools.nonscript.Didn,t know if it was a separate download.Thanks, I,ll go to your link, cheers

Sorry Fiddiweb, got file, but windows cannot open it?Used notepad to open.How to get it to Firefox? Not very familiar with Firefox. any hints?

open it in firefox, it does inhibit a smooth browsing experience though, the price you pay for an additional layer of security.
