you may well be right warrior princess....maybe we all need to start phoning waitrose /JL again0

I was promised a call back yesterday which never came. It's either spreading the cost or hoping that if they ignore us we'll go away quietly. Little do they know how much we want cake0
-
To be honest I'd prefer to receive the next batch in a few months (give me chance to use these)......but ONLY if I could trust them to deliver (which I don't).
When this offer first came up I was sure they'd send coupons / vouchers [maybe to redeem at waitrose] rather than physical product....due to the weight. That would have suited me - buy and use as and when. Still organisation doesn't seem to be their string point.0 -
I agree - anyone who's unhappy should call Tefal customer services. They sent a letter which clearly promised 2nd half of the mixes would be delivered way before now. If we're still not happy with the response then we will have to contact Waitrose / J. Lewis again.
If it wasn't brownie mixes I might have given up. But if it wasn't brownie mixes I wouldn't have gone for the offer in the first place!0 -

No, not yet, but it was only a week ago and he said "soon" so don't think too much to worry about just yet.
At the end of the day, I think given that they came through with the first batch I will give them the benefit of the doubt about the second batch. If they had no intention of honouring it, why would they have gone to the trouble of issuing the first batch when their rep would be ruined by the failure of the second batch.
Form what Nas told me, the fact it has been passed over to an external company to manage explains the absence of Tefal of the forum. I will give it another week and phone then0 -
Just spoke to Tefal Customer Services. They strongly implied the delay is being caused by Betty Crocker. Said they are 'still in discussion' with Betty Crocker about the stock they should be supplying & would give no delivery estimate at all - just that as soon as they have the stock it will be sent out.
I got my first (wrong!) delivery on 11th Feb, so that's almost 2-months back now. What a shower!0 -
Thanks for the update wp......this is getting tedious isn't it.........my ds has outgrown his lifelong egg allergy and was so looking forward to choc brownies and I got cookies......am so wanting me choc brownies0

Bumpity bump
Just thought I'd let you know that I've been told also that the delay has been caused by Betty Crocker getting the stock to Tefal. The sending out is being handled by an external company and should, hopefully, start happening in the next week. Note I said "hopefully" and "start" - don't shoot the messenger. Hopefully they'll send the correct things too - cake mix, pleeeeeeease if you're looking, 3rd Party?
Right.....off out for a jog in preparation for my cake mixes0 -

IMHO Tefal have failed in every way possible during this farce as far as I am concerned.
They have treated their customers so shabbily.
They ran a promotion as a competition,
failed to purchase the right amount of "prizes",
offered less discount as compensation than one would usually get using a forum like this,
sent out the wrong products,
gave information about time lines and haven't kept their word,
have taken 6 months from purchase to send out the second batch,
have not apologised for the delay whose ever fault it is.
Attrocious customer service in my book.0
