Thanks, I did ring about 3 weeks ago and thought it was sorted, will give it until the end of the week and try again, I have a reference number to give from when I rang last.

Not related as such but I baked all my first lot of cookie mixes and sold them for Red Nose Day at work, we managed to raise £106 in total, some of the other girls baked cupcakes as well so we did really well!

Hope the next lot turn up soon so I can enjoy them for myself

Also I recieved my first lot on the 17th Feb, they said within 28 days later I would get the next lot, Im presuming thats working days (mon-fri), which gives them until the 30th March to get them to me!

Well done Sally that is really fab......my kids made and iced cupcakes too and raised quite a bit for Comic Relief

Just phoned them re: second half of delivery - marketing department are all at lunch - they will contact me by email within 24hrs.

Ok folks, here is the extra special update for you all...

I never got the email from the Marketing Team "within 24hrs" so called back today.

Spoke to a VERY helpful guy called Nas who tells me the first batch of cookies/cakes/brownies was dealt with by a marketing team within customer servies, however he is under the impression that the second batch was outsourced to an external company. He attempted to phone marketing but couldn't get through.

He seems to think that the second batch is actually being processed as I type and should be going out any time now, but to make sure he is going to keep trying to phone them and will call me back by the end of the day whether he gets through to them or not to keep me up to date.

I of course will then let you guys know what else is said at that point
