Ok, well done Nas - just got the call back

They are currently waiting on a large order from Betty Crocker to fullfill a large number of deliveries they have on their books. He can't give an exact date but is expecting it to be soon.

He has promised me a call back when they arrive in stock so we will get a little advance notice when they are being sent out to us.

Yes this offer started in November......it's just Tefal still haven't sent out all the cake mixes.....so this thread is still simmering over here

Well.....I'm going to call them tomorrow as it's been well past the timeframes they gave us now. I appreciate it may have taken a bit of organising/sending out time...but not THIS long, surely? Thanks to those who've already been chasing

I've had a feeling for a while that we might not get the 2nd lot of mixes until after the new financial year begins. Someone spreading the cost of the error across 2-years marketing budgets?
