Tefal aren't exactly covering themself in glory with this fiasco.
I ordered the cake pan and received some cookie dough mix.
My friend bought a cookie tray and guess what they were sent - cake mix.
Between us we are sorted but, really, how hard are Tefal trying to make this process?0
