Received my mixes yesterday .... son came home from school today and has won the most enormous cup cake I have ever seen!

I'd wait for Team Tefal to post. They're aware of the issue so I'd say give them a chance to come on with more info.

It seems like most got cookie mix......I had this instead of Brownie mix.......trouble is they are quite heavy to post or swap aren't they?!

So sorry to hear that you have been sent the wrong cake mix. Thank you for letting me know. We have looked into this and it seems that only a few people have received the wrong ones – it was a mistake in despatch, in our haste to send them to you!

We’re really sorry about this and assure you that it’s a genuine mistake and certainly not a scam to get you to buy more cake tins!

We are aware that some of you are happy to keep your cake mixes but for those of you who would like to swap what you did receive for the correct ones then we’ll arrange for a courier to do a collect and swap.
