Does anyone recall that this was a years supply? (approx. 1 cookie per day) So, hands up who's eaten 6 months supply in one sitting!! ;-)

I'm happy to keep the 12 cookie mixes I've been delivered. As long as the next 12 will ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY be the Brownie mixes I was always supposed to have, for the square tin I bought!

well i have to say i am not happy with tefal cutomer service at all.
I never got a reply from them and i am assuming i wont be getting any mixes at all. A courtesy call/email would have been nice.
John lewis customer service on the other hand were fantastic and offered a goodwill gesture which they really did not need to do. Its no where near the value of the cake mixes but at least they answered me unlike tefal.

I think Tefal got in a muddle with names & addresses, as well as everything else. Give them a call & ask what's happened to your claim for mixes & they'll probably sort things out for you.

well i got told I WAS getting mine, also got a letter to confirm this and i havent received anything yet....

Ditto - it has been just over 2 weeks now (I think they said 15 days?) I am very very unimpressed with all companies involved - they let us down, only agreed to what they promised when faced with public criticism here, haven't delivered to everyone by their promised date, and most of those who have got it, have got the wrong stuff! I was considering buying an actifry, but Tefal will not get a penny of my money after this...
