    I think if they accept a lower price and ours has a good value we will go back and have a second look and try to work out how much it will cost to re decorate do windows etc.

    Claire, make sure you get a through damp survey if you suspect damp - it can be very costly to fix

    thats what i thought claire, it seems daft to look round a house and for them not to notice the damp

    They do but not throughly enough, a specialist survey could save your thousands later
