I'd like to have a go
seen it on tv a few times
Beanie, re the house
it has 3 double bedrooms 1 box room, mine has 2 double bedrooms 1 box room
it has 2 reception rooms, mine has living dining knocked into 1 (the house we looked at the 1 reception is the same size as our both rooms put together.
It has a brand new fitted kitchen but smaller than ours
It has a bath and a shower cubicle, ours just has a shower.
has a toilet and wash basin downstairs, we don't
has a separate utility room, we don't.
has a huge basement running under the full length of the house which has a toilet plumbed in and electric ( could be made into a craft workshop for me and 2 rooms for the boys to hang out. we don't
plus a separate shed built under the house the other side which bikes etc can be kept in , we don't.
Downfall, every room needs re decorating new front and back door, basement needs new windows those are smashed and new doors, we wern't sure whether there's damp in the bedrooms or whether its just very old wallpaper. Bathroom will be needed to be updated too, We has done our bathroom, kitchen and living room.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

sounds like you like it claire, with 2 growing boys you will need the room. i was really upset when i moved from my old house but my sister in law says a house is just bricks and mortar and you can turn anywhere into a home. i went for the bigger house because it had a down stairs toilet and up stairs bathroom and we also had a dinning room where we didn't before. decoration needn't cost a lot but new windows can. But like beanielou says what is your gut feeling about it?0

I like the idea of a bigger house, but don't like the idea of all the work.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000
