Might not do any good but will certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons, and maybe just maybe the child benefit office will sit up and take notice.
She's claiming fraudulently. Satisfying as it might be to counter-claim, keep to the moral and legal high ground.
The letter from the son sounds a good idea. He could send a copy to the Child Benefit office as well.0
