Just wondering where everyone is getting their vochers?
I also got an email with a code from Emma's Diary but no idea what I have to do with it!

Had a bad nights sleep again last night also had a very big tummy pain like my insides were stretching a massive amount as I turned over in the night which wasnt pleasant.

Im not sure if I should keep going with these Pregnacare vitamins. I have only been on them for 2 days now and I have had sickness both days after a week of nothing. Also had constipation and a poorly belly because of it lol. Do I keep trying or just give up as maybe they dont agree with me? Its just difficult to know what to do as I want baby to have everything it needs!
Ive started drinking milk for calcium as I havent really had any of it for a while since it made me sick but trying to have some.

Hi folks, Quick bit of advise if you dont mind. I will be 36 weeks on tuesday and I havent really felt the baby for a couple of days now, no strong kicks like I usually get. Has this happened to any of you mummies before? Maybe I am over reacting but I am starting to get a bit concerned, but I dont really want to bother the midwife, they dont seem to like me much there. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry Sharkey I haven't a clue what to advise but can you give your midwife a call if you are concerned? I know you don't want to but it will give you piece of mind if maybe you can see her tomorrow and she can find hb with a doppler

Hi sharkey, i think other people have had this and wasn't there something about doing the following

Drink an ice cold drink, possibly orange juice, then roll over quickly from being on your right side, over to your left side.

I get this too hun, but just on the one side, it is really painful.

I too am quite funny about taking pregnacare as I was finding I felt sick afterwards but I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not it's interesting to see that someone else finds the same.
