  • MV - hope you got there safely and good luck!

FF, I have that pack too, much the same as the second bounty pack, not bad for free.

My free Huggies pack was the old one and the voucher ran out at the end of last year, just 2 weeks after I got it. :( I might try emailing them on the off chance I get another one.

Alamaya, so glad you feeling more. :T

I'm 31 (well until the end of the month) and shattered, no hope for me! :rotfl:

Yey come on MV, not long now!

I'm on my first at 37 yers old and I'm finding it hard. Of course I have nothing to compare too but I imagine it would have been easier if I had been younger.

Had a horrible nights sleep last night. Had about 3 hours all night. I can't get comfortable at all. :(
    Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j

Not sure if it's the same huggies kit. But in Asda the newborn kit goes down to £3 in the baby event. So if you get your first one free then open it, there is a voucher for £2 off another one. I kept going out to the car, opening it and going back in. Take scissors as the voucher is on the actual sleeve. Once I had enough I started buying size 2's with my vouchers. I have too many hats though. Last year it was free socks.

Awww bless ya. That made me Lol thinking of you with your car boot open, scissors in one hand and running back inside to get more! I gotta try that! :D

Better go on my own though. Hubby would probably get bored sat around! :rotfl::rotfl:

  • I was 35 when I had DS, I'm 40 now. I don't know if I'm finding it harder because I'm older or just because I have a lot on. I am sooooo tired all the time. I am on iron tablets, had another blood test today & it wouldn't surprise me if I need to up the dose.

It is just exhausting, I'm 39 and my Hb is fine, but still I'm pretty much useless after about 6pm.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

OH has been asked to work a couple of Sunday's while it's busy so I asked him if we can make sure that extra money goes in the joint account for baby expense. As a little fall back on if needed while I'm on mat leave. Well, caused a right row as 'everything will be covered on mat leave' and he is working hard so he should decide what it goes on (his credit card so he says but it won't)
I hate the idea of having to ask him for money while I'm on mat leave for baby stuff so I was just wanting to have a bit aside I can use.

Am I being unreasonable? Money is the only thing we argue about and I'm seriously worried bout how I'll cope on mat leave. So annoying!

You can print 2 per computer, after printing the 1st it will say did it print ok? click no it will let you print another. You can register again with another email and print another 2 on another pc if you have access to one.
We have 2 pc's and 2 laptops at home + my lappy at work means I have 10 hats! socks would have been far more useful, I will use the 10 x £2 offs on size 2's I'm just biding my time for the best offer.

The Huggies kits are £5 but you get a voucher for £2 off nappies and another for something off the Swimmers ones. I picked mine up over the Christmas break.

Good luck MV. Not long now :)

Has anyone ever collected/ordered the Emma's diaries freebie packs you print the coupon off for Lloyds/Argos?

I got the 2nd one, for some reason I didn't get the 1st. It had fruit flakes, mini sudocream, Peartiser can, small tube of palmers stretchmark cream, 1 set of washable breast pads, shampoo sample.

Explain to him if you were single you would get literally hundreds a week in tax credits, help with rent, council tax etc. You won't though as you are a couple and the benefits agency/HMRC take his wage into account as they assume he will be covering yours and the babies expenses.
