Ice I'm still not getting lots of movement either, but when I get it now it feels different, stronger and I feel a bit seasick but not sick, oh dear that sounds so stupid. Actually as i am typing bubs has decided to wake up and is moving around but I tend to feel it just in the evenings.
It's worth mentioning it to the doc to put your mind at ease.

Evansangel has had 2 gender scans (I think?) for this pregnancy adn her last. I think another one of the ladies went for one but bubs woiuldn't cooperate (or I may just be talking out of my bum :D).

Not sure if I have missed something, but what's all this talk about flip flops?:o

Wonder how Ejecoms is getting on!

Good luck for Thursday PC :)

Teenie, I am hardly feeling anything at all, just the occasional "feeling" that I dont know is the baby at all? There was a heartbeat at the scan last week but I can't undertsand why I am not feeling more than I am? I wasnt / am not overweight which is one thing I have read sometimes prevents you from being able to feel movement. You are due around the same time as me and are able to know when the baby wakes up and starts to move. I think I am just one of lifes worriers!

Oh and sorry for the TMI - but is it safe to use Anusol? The pharmacist didn't know () so I bought some anyway but thought I best check first. I can call my MW in the morning to check but thought you lot might know :)

I have used anusol during this pregnancy, I think it says that it's fine on the leaflet. I didn't check it with mw

    That's what husbands are for.
Last time I gave birth in hospital and it took mine a whole hour to get ready to set off even though the bag was completely packed and the car seat had been in the car for weeks so all he had to do was put the bag in the car, pack up a bit of food and bring the camera. Fortunately he did remember the first two.
This week I have shown both my year 7 classes the same film with a woman giving birth in it. Both classes, the only comment they had on the birth was...

"omigod why did they wipe the baby clean with a WHITE towel"...how practical are they??
    :rotfl: That is so funny.

Aw sweetie I know how worrying it is. My friend at work was about 23 weeks before she started feeling anything and it was her second, also someone else here (sorry can't remember who) didn't feel anything for ages. I already have had a wee one and they say you tend to feel it sooner second time round.

It sounds like you are getting the sort of movements that I was getting last week, a kind of was that baby or not and then nothing for ages and the movements are so slight you almost miss it.
My movements have gone from being not much to getting much stronger within literally a day. It is so hard but try and not worry (says she who was in tears last week for the very same thing :o). xx
