i totally agree with you on both points reestit....if its any consolation for prospective customers for other networks, they won't have to send in original bills for claims any longer (or at least till the T&Cs change again)

I remember the good old days when retailers used to just send the total cashback after month 4 (CPWH) and even a retailer that gave me TOTAL cashback after month 1!!

This all sounds like great news. Trouble is, apart from Mobile Rainbow changing some of their terms and conditions, I haven't spotted anyone else making any changes.

I'm needing another 3 deal in place by the 10th of November and am considering going with CNM. I don't like the fact that they ask for the original bill and that it has to be sent to them within one month.

Judging by the article linked to above, all of the 3 cashback deals should have been updated by now. Does anyone know what is happening? I'm tempted to drop an email to 3.

Or indeed speak to CNM themselves and ask them if they are going to be revising their t n c's. Then report them to three if they say no
