    Hey :)

How's the spending diary going - I also should have so much more left over than I do (or at least more to show for it!!) and so I'm going to do a spending diary from payday (tuesday) and hopefully it'll free up a bit of money!! :D

Morning Sea. The spending diary is going well and to be honest it is stopping me spending as I soon realised how much a spend on random poop lol.

Today is payday, and just been working out the figures and it's going to be a very tight month and still have far to many christmas presents I need to get. I have been really disorganised this year when it comes to Christmas which isn't like me. Am determined next year will be better, going to work on a plan come January to get as many vouchers and savings etc as I can so I don't need to use my normal wages for Christmas. However, this doesn't help with this year :o

So the plan is to go Christmas shopping tomorrow and get as much as I can so that I know once finished what I have left to live on for the rest of the month.

In a way I am looking forward to getting it all out the way so I can crack on with my plan and get saving. The next month are more or less written off money wise because of Christmas.

Ebay sales are still trickling through which is nice, will put a few more bits on this weekend :T

Have worked out my Christmas budget for shopping and written my list of who I need to buy for and I MUST stick to both lists because otherwise there will not be enough money for bills and general living. On the plus side if I stick to this then I won't need to touch Decembers wages for anything to do with Christmas so I can start the new year off on an even keel.

Going to do some researching tonight on present ideas and prices so I am not tempted to just go out and buy the first thing I see. DD will love traipsing round the shops with me.

I have a box in my bedroom of new stuff I have gathered over the year from boot sales etc. for the kiddies so need to go through that tonight and see what I already have for them.

Really quite annoyed that I am so disorganised this year and in all honesty I have no idea why

I'm rather disorganised too. Wonder how that happened:rotfl:

Morning one and all. It's freeeeezzzzing here. Just popped to do the food shopping and we were going to do some christmas shopping but it is just too cold to have my DD out in, am worried about it starting her asthma off.

Got quite a bit of Christmas shopping done yesterday dread to think how much I spent. Shall worry about that when I am done. I know this month is going to be bad so pretty much written off and my savings will start from Decembers payday.

Morning everyone hope you all had a good weekend :D

I feel very grown up I have just opened my first ever ISA :T go me lol. Have just worked out how much I can save a month too and set up a standing order from December payday into my ISA. I am almost excited. The thought of an account which goes up rather than down is rather exciting :D

Got lots of Ebay to do tonight but DD is a little under the weather today so that will depend on whether she settles ok.

Not much snow here today. Hoping for loads overnight so I can work from home tomorrow :rotfl:

Afternoon one and all how are we all?

Been a busy week in the doodle household, with a poorly DD and lots of Christmas shopping, but I think I am finally there.

Just been wrapping some Ebay bits I have sold and now trying to sort out some more bits to put on :D

Got a really busy couple of weeks coming up with lots of Christmas social occassions coming up which is not going to be good for either my bank balance or my waistline lol.

Although must admit I am not worrying about either at the moment. I intend to enjoy my social events which are few and fair between in my life :rotfl:and will get back on all the wagons after Christmas.

I have sorted out a savings plan and spending plan for next year so my wages are all sorted. What I really need is a plan on uping my income to increase my savings. My main aim is to keep ebaying, I am putting it on little and often and coping with it so far so if I keep doing this it should add a few more quid to my savings next year :T
