well i got calls from the complaints investigation team, which is based in Doxford. When i phoned there direct number for head office in sunderland they put me through to the complaints investigations team which is based in the exec office. The woman on the phone said any letters addresed to there headoffice in doxford is dealt with by the complaints team. I have never had any calls back from Manilla always Doxford.0

This is odd because doxford is a call centre not head office so I'm shocked they are telling people this. Everything Everywhere has 3 head offices main one being Hatfield Business Park with one in London and Slough I believe the 3rd is.
Anyway odd lucky. I am upset I always get Manilla lol0 -
I understand what you mean! The reason i sed doxford is because when you go to the t mobile contact us page the address for sendin letters is doxford! So i think that may be a head office! You should try emailin to the md richard moat next time.0

Most of the back office functions relating to customer service and tech services are at Doxford, it's more than just a call centre.====0 -
