The board guides on this board (and all others) are forum users who have volunteered to look after particular boards because they want to give something back to the site.
They're doing what they've been asked by Martin to do so please please don't give them flack for doing that.
If you feel they could have done something differently then just let us know by emailing the forum team at [Removed by Forum Team] (don't worry -it's just the email address, it doesn't mean you're saying they're being abusive!), with a link to the thread (or the thread title if it's been removed) explaining what you think they could have done differently and it'll be looked at.
Everyone here is open to suggestions on how things could be done differently so if it's a valid point then it'll be taken into account.
