We put our order in last Saturday...one computer game, two CDs and three DVDs. So far, we have received everything except one CD. Each item was sent individually from Guernsey. We did receive emails saying the items were dispatched, but the items arrived here first before the email did!

I received my 5 dvds on wednesday, but one book I ordered is still on order from their supplier.

I've received my CDs, but the DS games are apparently 'on order from the supplier'.

I ordered on the 20th, a ds game and the keane usb, order says its fully completed, but not recieved either of them. No email either to say they have been dispatched

Keane USB only released today I think - also offer was not applicable to pre-order items.
You usually get an email on dispatch - I have contacted HMV before via email and to be hoenst they were pretty good.
