HMV 20% off

hi please can anyone tell me if you can pay using an e voucher with the 20% off
as it states in the t+c that you cant buy e vouchers but i already have one to use if that makes sense lol thanks

Hope I'm wrong but the last few times I bought from HMV it took an age for delivery. If, even their web site is slow (with volume), it doesn't look good if you want stuff quickly!

i found it painfully slow this morning, took most of my morning to place my order. it also kept crashing on me, finally got to the checkout which took an age.

also i pre ordered a dvd for my children and it took the 20% off. hope it still comes.

Nilrs, it doesn't work on pre-orders, it's specified in the Ts and C's. I tried to pre-order the new Girls Aloud CD and it wouldn't subtract the 20% for me - gonna go to CD WOW for it instead. I did buy something else from HMV using the code, but also found it wayyy too slow and not sure if my order went through.

When are you informed that 20% has been taken off? I did not confirm my order as there was no mention of the 20% discount.

I input the correct promo code this morning and again tonight but no discount appeared and the quoted price for the dvd set I wanted is higher tonight than it was this morning.

Site incredibly slow.

The 20% was taken off straight away once I put the voucher code in and it appeared as a diiscount on checkout.

The e-mail just showed the discounted amount.

You need to log in before it works though.

Thanks - eventually the 20% discount appeared. Still don't know what I did differently. Your post encouraged me not to give up!
