storage heaters or basic fan heaters???

Have a three floor property.
Only the lower floor is used and that too, during the day, 9am to 5pm. After that, no one is in the property.
Have three storage heaters on bottom lower floor.

Taking into account that I'm there in the daytime only and not night, which is better and cheaper option in winter?
Three storage heaters or two plug in fan heaters on lower floor for hours I'm there??
Bills are nearly 240 for daytime and 240 off peak.
No one lives at the property either.
Two electricity metres also.

I was thinking of getting rid of the storage heaters altogether, cutting one meter off and using fan heaters. What does everyone think, what would you do?
Please advise.

Economy 7 and storage heaters for sure.
9am to 5pm is the output profile for storage heaters.

What else is in use during the day? Can you get any other electricity consumption onto the cheaper off-peak rate?
