VM self install - book online?

Hi guys, I have a quick question regarding a new VM installation.
I'm moving to a new property and I want to get tv, phone and bb through topcashback. I have gone through the whole info process and I get to the stage of choosing delivery dates, but I want to go for the self-install option and this is not given as an option online.
If I order by phone, I'll lose the cashback and online discounts but I'm reluctant to choose a delivery date and then phone to change this to a self install. Can anyone advise if VM will change to a self-install after ordering or if I'll be stuck having to have an engineer install?
Thanks

As an ex NTL/VM Service Tech, imho the self installs are a waste of time. You'd be better getting an installer out to install it.Say something does'nt work, you'd have to wait & get one of us Service Techs out to fix it.
Installing CATV & BBand isn't as simple as connecting up a wire. The's your signal levels, they could be too low.to high, the return path may be off,you may have a faulty isolator or an unterminated F port. All things that can cause problems with tv & bband.
Self installs are a money saving excersice & will only cause you problems.0
