Am confused a little, tried to use voucher and it keeps telling me I haven't met the redemtion policy??? I'm spending over the required amount on games only, no pre-orders etc, has anyone had this before please?

check the games you are trying to use it on before they had this statement....What can't I redeem my vouchers for? Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Kinect, Call of Duty: Black Ops, gift vouchers, gift cards, preorder products, hardware, hardware and software bundles, GAME Rental, GAMEcare, GAME on Demand Download Service, GAME Mobank store or mobile games

it may have changed slightly now cod has been out for a few weeks
