Thanks everyone, I really hope there will be more winners on here! If it helps at all, I won I think just after 1am. They must reset at midnight as it said I'd already had my go for the day before then.
I emailed them as it said with my code, name, email etc...I've been checking my email every 5 minutes all day but still not heard anything from them! I really hope nothing has gone wrong! I'm already planning what games to buy with the £10 off voucher I won the other day!

I've done this a couple of times and won a £1 voucher but what is the code I use at checkout? I've tried the code to play the game but that doesn't work and when it tells me I've won it doesn't give me another code. What am I doing wrong?

What can't I redeem my vouchers for? Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Kinect, Call of Duty: Black Ops, gift vouchers, gift cards, preorder products, hardware, hardware and software bundles, GAME Rental, GAMEcare, GAME on Demand Download Service, GAME Mobank store or mobile games.

other than that im not sure ...which code are you using , it should be the one from your statement...which you can access if you log in
