Just a quick bump, emailed them again this morning just to make sure my first email was not lost or whatever...still no reply...starting to worry now!

Try phoning the customer services number or see if they have fb...companies normally respond quickly to messages on fb if you have a problem.. (but remember to thank them when they sort it) Hope you get hold of them soon.

Thanks dontknow1, I just left a message on their fb wall. Hopefully they will respond. I did happen to see a comment left by someone else saying "I am a lucky gamer, i won a PS3, but is started to think there trying to get of giving it me, as i phoned them about it and said i would get a call within the hour and 5 hours have now passed.Tuesday at 16:12"
I might send that guy an email to see if he heard anything since...

Sorry, its me, bumping again! Just wanted your advice. I messaged the facebook page people and just got a reply saying email them on facebook@game.co.uk with all the details and they would try and help me out. Do you guys think it would be wise to send them the winning code?

they should know your details anyway... I would email when you won and your details..if they want the code i am sure they will email back and ask for it. They should be able to see it anyway on your statement.

Hope it gets sorted soon I know how frustrating it can be chasing up prizes..
I have 2 currently from other comps im still chasing..but don't let that put you off, they all supply in the end, and most don't need chasing.
