I've got 650 points and tried to get them exchanged for Amazon voucher.
I'm stuck at this point if anyone can help. I chose text message and it will not accept my mobile phone number

Did you ever get this sorted? I've been waiting ages for them to give me a survey that paid in reward points instead of just prize draw entries, I finally got over 1000 points and they're giving me the same message as you.

Yes I was loading the .Com website, which appears to be the same. Switch to OpinionWorld.co.uk and login, then you should be able to redeem fine x

So, looks like I spoke too soon with things working...! Today I hit £10 cashout, I redeemed for Paypal, as I usually do, I was then directed to the terms and conditions and told that I have breeched their terms and conditions and my account had been immediately terminated.

I've been a member with their website for ages, don't answer surveys that I find elsewhere (even closing any that slip through and still load) now my £10 has disappeared and I've been instructed to e-mail them, which I have, very disappointed as I've never been removed from a survey panel in my life and all my answers are genuine, not sped through and I never submit false information just to get submitted successfully to a survey.

I will just have to wait and see what they say I guess. Very disappointed that they let me complete £2.50 of surveys tonight and THEN they ripped my money out of my account and banned me!

Thanks for the tip to use the .co.uk site, katykicker, which worked for me. Sorry to hear you are having further problems with them. I don't think I'm going to bother with Opinion World any more anyway; too many non-paying surveys. It took me over two and a half years to get enough paying surveys for a £10 payout.
