I left Ukonline for O2, was as easy as pie.
Rang them, told them I wanted my MAC code, no problems they emailed me it straight away (I hadn't even come off the phone) and I gave it to O2 and was up and running within a couple of weeks.
I had no problems with UKonline (one of the providers who unlimited does actually mean unlimited), but I could save £10 a month by switching and O2 was extremely highly rated.0 -
I phoned tonight to get my MAC code aqs i don't want to go to SKY,although the deal they offer of £10 is fairly tempting, but to get that i must use them for phone calls, its all very confusing as it is never mind swithching calls to them. Anyway for some reason they were not able to give me my MAC code when i asked for it and someone is going to call me back in 24 hours with the code, why am i thinking this is going to be a Sky sales pitch,i asked them to email me the code, but for some reason they can't do that...I feel its going to be a long haul to get my code, but from what i have read i think it would be a mistake to move to Sky. Not a lot of reasonable priced unlimited broadband available from my Taunton exchange,Orange looks about the best bet for me...I would like to go with BT but its far to expensive.0

Select option 2 (Billing) and ask them for your MAC code.
You'll get it there and then, or they can email it to you.
