Good for you for standing up to this attempted robbery. Please tell others that 'fines' from private parking companies are legally unenforceable. That way this nasty little business will stop.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Stand up to their empty threats and they crawl back under the stone! Well done for seeing them off.

Its a pity they chose to take the lets rip them off road, rather then the fair and just route they could have made a decent industry from private parking!

I still see we only have the one loser on the poll! But never posted on this thread?

Maybe they pressed the wrong button? Or it was an actual council ticket and they got confused? Or s stooge of a company?

Too early for me to tell, only six weeks since I was fake-fined. I'm confident, however, that before long I'll be able to vote "nothing happenned". :D

Had 3 begging letters from these cowards. (Not permited to type my real opinion of these 'people', lets just say they could 'flip' pancakes all day long ;)).

Heard nothing more.... shame on them.

This is purely a post to bring this thread back to the top of the pot, as I believe it is potentially a very good piece of supporting evidence to the premise of ignoring tickets, and as a year has passed since it was first initiated, there must be many more people who can make a useful contribution.

Perhaps it should even be a sticky.

To make it representative, perhaps it is best to wait at least 6 months before voting.
