I'd probably steer clear of an actual changing bag and just go for something good looking, of reasonable size, with plenty of pockets.

I'm due in April and haven't got to changing bag territory with our purchases yet but am finding that a lot of baby specific things tend to be ridiculously overpriced. However, we did buy a fantastic changing mat at a car boot for £1 so I'm probably just going to shove that into a bag with some other bits.

Alternatively, maybe try ebay? Sorry I can't be more help :o

I bought a slightly more pricey Mamas & Papas changing bag, but it was too sturdy. Even though it was quite a bit bigger than the freebie Boots one, I found that I could fit more into the Boots one as the material wasn't as stiff.

I have found that as they grow and you don't have to take bottles and changes of clothes for leaky nappies etc, but need space for tubs with snacks, that your requirements change. I have yet to find the perfect changing bag.

I also bought an expensive Pink Lining one but didn't like it at all - but I know others love it, so what suits one person doesn't suit everyone!

ETA - damn the person who posted the Radley bag being reduced in Debenhams. To buy and try or not to buy and try....

No.. I didn't mean any harm - I just wanted to see how it looks, and the first link I clicked took me to Debenhams!

    Sorry! :o

    Sorry! :o

I do hope you know I am joking when I said "Damn you". :)

But I am very tempted. Think I should sell the Pink Lining one first (still has tags on but I never returned it in time :o)

ETA - It's currently out of stock so problem solved. Wonder if it said that originally and I never noticed or if there has been a mad rush when people read this thread!

    Of course, I know! ;)

Problem solved - Trollydolly, sorry no help from me. No, it didn't say it was out stock. Actually, I just clicked on the link again ,and it doesn't say it is out of stock! But then when I tried to add it to the basket, it came up with 'out of stock' (well, I was adding it to the basket just to check... Have no use for it...)
