Hi IA, hope Ash has fab birthday, and great day tomorrow!
I know you just starting doing pigsback, I also do another one called mutualpoints.com, similar kind of thing, but you redeem your points for a cheque. I joined in Jan, have had a cheque for £25, and another £20 pending! Just clicking on emails, and the like, also signing up for free 30 day trials, (don't forget to cancel tho!), might be worth looking into if you don't already!"Transported to a surreal landscape, a young girl kills the first woman she meets and then teams up with three complete stangers to kill again."-- TV listing for the movie, The Wizard of Oz,0 -

*phew* what a weekend. The party went down brilliantly last night. I had a major stress as I managed to over spend on the food and while I was shopping in town. MIL came round to watch the girls while I went into town to sort stuff out. I wandered around the shops and made the most of having some 'alone' time. I bought MIL a mothers day present and card from us all while I was there and went in a few charity shops. I treated myself to a gorgeous pair of jeans I found in a charity shop, £3.95 and they're good as new and fit!! Bargain! I also bought Ashli a little toy washing machine from the Save the children shop for, wait for it, £1.50! She absolutely loved it and has been doing loads of washing for us!
I then went do to the food shop and ended up spending £33 on the party food and had a major stress about it as it only left us with £20 for today. MIL came to the rescue and gave me £20 towards the food as I was getting really worked up and upset about it. Bless her heart.
Anyway the party was brill. Ashli loved the attention and got loads of lovely pressies. When we sang happy birthday she went ballistic laughing and threw herself on the floor in a fit of laughter bless her. She's so funny.
She stayed up until 9.15 and in the end was just pleading for her bed, crying and saying bed over and over. Poor little mite but she did so well we're really proud of her. She had a great evening and we carried on the 'adult party' afterwards and we ended up having loads of beer after..lol. I had loads but wasn't that drunk at all. Shame! lol.
Today we were supposed to be going to the safari park but the weather wasn't looking great and in the hour or so before we were set to go it had gone from glorious sunshine, to hail, to rain, to gail force winds and back again so we decided to take her to a place in Telford called 'Roaries' instead which is like a massive wacky warehouse but better. She absolutely loved it and was even going in the big kids part and sliding down the big slides! I wish we'd taken the camera. We had some lunch there as well and afterwards we went into Telford shopping centre for a browse. We hired one of those push along cars you get in shopping centres for her and wandered round the shops. Because we'd saved loads of money by not going to the safari park (The safari park was going to be £28.50 just for the tickets compared to £4.50 for Roaries!) we bought Ashli a little toddler trike with the spare money.
Will take some more pictures tomorrow but here's some from the party last night.Oh and on a seperate note Ste's rebooked his driving test for the 17th April.
Here's the cheeky birthday princess!
