Don't let her get to you, is there any chance you can change your support CM or can you just ignore her? Not sure about these things if you actually have to have dealings with her or not or is she just there if you need someone?
Luckily I gather she's just ther as a 'when needed' support person so if I have a problem I call her... or not as the case may be. ;)
And well done on the debt account. That is looking really healthy for the end of the month.
Thank god! I was worrying that we'd had a couple too many splurges and make a mess for ourselves.. but I've just totted it up and we'll have £872.70 by the end of the month. Minus about £16 when my doctor FINALLY gets round to doing my ofsted form.. which leaves us with £856.70. Barclaycard is £807.12 so we'll have £49 left over which will no doubt be swallowed but by the wedding and other childminding
    stuff lol.
I hope you enjoy yourselves at the wedding this weekend. And a massive GOOD LUCK to Ste, I really hope he gets this job. Not only more money but no weekends would be fab. Would he have to travel any farther to work? Keeping everything crossed for him and sending lots of positive "get new job" vibes his way.
It's actually nearer than his current job but it would mean that he wouldn't be able to car share and would have to drive everyday. Not that he would mind though. :)

    Hi

Glad to hear that K was better for you last night. I sent the larger size sleeping bag to you - hope you got it & that it's useful.

I wish I'd given my ds food before 6 months as he was fully ready and waiting made it really hard work. Weaned DD at 4 and a bit months as that was recommended and she has no food issues, whereas ds is a fussy get!!

Good Luck with the interview tomorrow Ste, I really hope you get the job.
  • Good luck Ste on the job app tomorrow. IA, with whats left over from paying the debt at the end of the month, its about time you treated yourself(not the rest of the family) to something. Its too easy to get caught up in the "i cant buy this for myself because i should be buying for the rest of the family" sometimes its good to look after yourself for the mental and physical boost it gives you. You're doing really really well and I admire your determination. Well done you!

I had a thought on your car loan.

With so much debt paid off and a 1 year perfect credit history, you might find that you can transfer the loan to a different company at a lower interest rate and with the possibility of overpayments when that loan comes up in October.

    Hi IA:beer:
I don't often post, but just wanted to today, I just think what a fantastic job you're doing:money: - with that level of income and paying off that level of debt, I find it incredible that you manage so well. And your little girls sound wonderful. And then I looked at your sig (which I usually do, cos you keep it really up to date, and I love the meticulousness of your record keeping) and I see that you're still only 21! :rotfl: Good grief!

You know, the debt-freeness thing is only the beginning. With determination and application like this, you're going to rule the world, or at least the UK. Yay for a country run by IA - I'd vote for you!:). And I mean that.
