I was really worried for a minute that I had got it badly wrong!  so I changed you to a 'person'.
Don't worry - I've been called worse things than that before...And you were so 'in touch with your feminine side' that I thought I was wrong for a minute!
'in touch with your feminine side'? That's got to be a euphemism for something..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

HI IA
Just a thought, but have you considered looking back through your posts and see if there is a pattern emerging in your "down" days - ie could if be pmt? I suffer with it generally the week after Fred (I know how corny my period has a name - lol) arrives and am convinced everyone is talking/judging me and feel really paranoid also extra down and lethargic. I know you're suffering pnd so this is obviously a factor but maybe pmt is aggrevating it once a month. Not judging you hon, you know I thing you're a complete star, just thought it might be worth considering.
love and hugs

IA, I'm sorry, I've been so caught up in baby stuff I haven't read your diary for a couple of days and hadn't realised you were feeling low. I hope you will listen to the huge number of people who have said what an amazing person you are, and go back to the doctors if you are feeling paranoid and not wanting to leave the house. That's exactly how I got when I had pnd after ds - couldn't bear anywhere where there would be people, as I thought they were either talking about me or standing right on top of me and making too much noise, which felt really intimidating. It's horrible, but it's just part of your pnd.
Take care lovely lady, I'm thinking about you xxx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hi IA sorry you are feeling so down. I have normal depression, if any depression can be normal! And you do have downer days as well as ones where you almost feel like you! I see depression as being a staircase you are plodding upwards and something happens and you miss your footing so you slip down a few steps, but then you carry on going up to feeling better. Does this make sense. My head is so full of pollution control reading I could be speaking chinese!
And Snaggles flipping heck lass, what are you still doing up!
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

No idea what's going on with K. She's not teething at the mo but last night she went to bed at 7ish, but woke at 2, 5, 6 and finally 6.45 for a bottle. *yawn*
