NOt to stress you out too much but I would see if you can get a repeat on the 'ol anti-d's. After this weekend, I don't think it's worth 'seeing what will happen'.

I'm giving you a big huge hug all the way from Telford-it must be so sad missing your Mom like that. I want you to know as well that you ar NOT alone, you have 2 beautiful children, a loving husband and friends like me.Remember, friends are the family that you choose.

Right, I REALLY need to do some packing! ARGHHHHH! I hate it! Freddie just broke a picture frame all over the floor and glass went everywhere. Feeling slightly overwhelmed...

That's the thing.. I need to see the doctor for a repeat prescription but I can't see the doc til tuesday. They've just moved premises and I didn't think to book my appointment in advance.. :rolleyes:

No you phone up: explain you couldn't get an appointment and insist on speaking to a doctor (or a call back) regarding the implications of skipping the medication and ask if they will issue a few days prescription, they are perfectly able and allowed issue repeats without seeing you. I'd throw in a comment like the doctor told you to phone up if you had problems/questions... nurses/receptionists are very loathed to take responsibility - if they refuse then insist on their name and ask if they take responsibility for consequences - this scares them....

Give the doctors a call IA and ask if you can get in sooner, of you tell the receptionist what the problem is they should sort something out, surely.
